Solid whitewashed ceramic clay statue.
It stands 13 inches tall.
It is marked "Artist Studios Inc." and dated "1993".
There is an open space inside the hat, which measures about 3/4 inches deep and 3/4 inches wide. It looks like it could hold a taper candle, but I'm not sure what it's purpose is.
It weighs about 3 lbs. 13 oz.
