Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be:
Unused,
Not engraved,
In the same condition that you received it,
In the original packaging,
We will refund up to two cremation urns from any one order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds for Incorrectly Engraved Items
If the item was engraved incorrectly, we can issue partial refunds, at our discretion. This will depend on if the incorrect engraving was made by OneWorld Memorials or if the customer's engraving proof was sent to OneWorld Memorials incorrectly at the beginning of the process. It is wise to double check what you want to be engraved, such as spelling, dates, and capitalization, as we do our best to engrave them at our earliest convenience to ship them out to you faster. If you ordered engraving and want to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We can only issue a full refund if the item is not engraved.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
