    Antique Fairing Pig Figurine | Public Telephone Call Office/Outhouse - German
    Circa 1900 Colored & Fired Bisque German Fairing Pig. These cute and humorous porcelain figurines were sold as souvenirs at holiday resorts or given away at fairs. Because they were mostly free or low-cost at the turn of the century, many of them were thrown away. This one is marked "Engaged"- One little pig is opening the door to the "Public Telephone Call Office" to find that it is actually an outhouse with another pig engaged in business. Stands approximately 4"tall, 2-7/8" deep and 2" wide. Marked "Made in Germany" on backside and also stamped "2564."
    Excellent condition with great coloring and no flaking or cracks. There appears to be a piece chipped from the roofline, but blends well so not really noticeable visually. Please review the pictures and message me with any questions.
